By accessing and using the Adora Clothing website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services.

Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Payments

We offer bank transfer and secure online card payments through PayHere. By completing a card payment, you agree to PayHere's payment processing terms in addition to ours.

• Card transactions are authorized by your card issuer and payment network
• Orders move to paid status after successful PayHere confirmation
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn with tags attached and in original packaging
• Custom or personalised items are final sale
• Return shipping is free with our prepaid label
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Delivery

All items are crafted to order and dispatched within 8 to 9 working days. Once dispatched, delivery across Sri Lanka typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the courier and location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen delays. We will share tracking details when available.

For XL, XXL, and XXXL sizes, an additional material surcharge of LKR 200 applies. This is included in the final order total and is not displayed as a separate line item on the product page.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Adora Clothing and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
